According to the information on the original website, this barn was located along US-224 east of the OH-301 intersection, in Homerville, by approximately 0.9 mile. The Ohio Dept. of Transportation aerial photo archives were researched for the 1960's and the 1970's. There were quite a few aerial photos during this period along US-224. These photos were researched for a distance of over 5 miles in either direction from OH-301 with no results.
