Photo 4 (Google street view) shows the Mail Pouch sign is gone and the building is falling.  Confirmed the building by the presence of the blue circle sign near the roof line toward the front of the building in both photos.

Old Lincoln Hwy. (US Rt. 30/Co. Rd. 304) west of US Rt. 68 by about 4.5 miles, in Forest. On left side of the road headed west. Just west of the intersection with Twp. Rd. 61. MP sign faced west. Metal MP sign with black background. Greatly faded. On the side of a one-story wood building just down from Metal Sign 8. GPS N 40° 50.03', W -83° 44.26'
