Other Information

Photo 2 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 3.

ODOT Aerial Photo # 835-1-5 (Dec. 3, 1956) shows the the Mail Pouch sign was existing on the barn at that date.

The distance measurement tool in the Historic Aerials' website was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the Mail Pouch barn. The barn is clearly visible in 1960's imagery. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 5 is the exact location where the Mail Pouch barn once stood. The pin was used to determine the address for the entry.

Photo 4 is view looking in toward where the barn was once located, from National Road.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the north side of National Road east of the US-40 intersection by 0.9 mile. The barn was on the left side of the road headed east from the US-40 intersection. The Mail Pouch sign faced south. One side Black background.
