Other Information

Photo 3 is an Ohio Dept. of Transportation aerial photo taken on Apr. 7, 1954. The Mail Pouch sign was still on the building at that time. It is circled in yellow. A review of ODOT photos in the 1960's and 70's do not have direct views of the side of the building; however, the views looking down at the side of the building reveal a white side which indicates that the sign may have been painted over by the 1960's.
Where to find it

*GONE* Main St. in Byesville, west of the Glass Ave. intersection by about 0.1 mile. The building is on the left side of the street headed west. The Mail Pouch sign faced east. One side. Black background.
