119 Colorado Ave. between US Rt. 50 (W 1st St.) & W 2nd St., in La Junta. The two-story masonry building is on the left side of the avenue headed south from US Rt. 50 (W 1st St.) toward W 2nd St. The OWL sign is on the north side of the BPOE building facing on an alley. One side. Two-story masonry building. Yellowish-brown. Greatly faded.
