Along the northwest side of Main St. (US-68) southwest of W. 8th St., in Paris, by about 0.3 mile. The two-story brick building is on the right side of the street headed southwest through town. The OWL cigar sign faces northeast. One side. Two-story brick building. Original backgound color unknown. Greatly faded.
