Other Information

The Mail Pouch barn and the small white building to the left of the barn in Photos 2-5 are clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1955 and later). The decimal coordinates were obtained for the barn and the coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 8 is the location where the Mail Pouch barn was located.

The white building to the left of the Mail Pouch barn was still existing in Sept. 2007 (Photo 6). For coordinateion the end of the barn is circled in red in Photo 6 and also Zinn's Photo 5.
Where to find it

*GONE* Along the southeast side of US-40 southwest of  the N. Hendricks St. intersection, in Stilesville by 4.4 miles. The barn was on the left side of US-40 headed southwest out of Stilesville. The Mail Pouch sign faced west. One end. Black background.
