The sign is heavily covered with ivy. IF and when they clean the ivy off they will probably remove any traces of the Mail Pouch sign during the cleaning process. By the condition of the building, it is likely that this building could be razed and removed in the not too distant future.

The progression of Google street views (Photos 2-4) show the progression of the ivy growth as it covered the Mail Pouch sign.

Note: Bill warns that this is not the best area of town to visit.

*GONE* (covered over) US Rt. 422/OH Rt. 8 (Kinsman Rd.) , in Cleveland. Travelling east on US Rt. 422/OH Rt.8 (Woodland Ave.) from I-77 turn right onto E. 55th St. and then make an immediate left, following US Rt. 422/OH Rt. 8, which becomes Kinsman Rd. The building is approximately 300' from 55th St. on the left side of Kinsman Rd, headed southeast. The MP sign faced northwest. One side. Brick building. Black.
