US-30 (Lincoln Hwy./E. Van Buren St.), in Columbia City, halfway between N. Main St. & N. Chauncey St. The three-story brick building is on the right side of the street headed west from N. Main St. toward N. Chauncey St. Directly across the street from the Whitley County Courthouse. The Mail Pouch/OWL sign faces east in a narrow alley. One side. Mail Pouch background was black. The OWL sign has been restored.
