US Rt. 30 (Lincoln Hwy./E. Van Buren St.), in Columbia City, halfway between N. Main St. & N. Chauncey St. The three-story brick building is on the right side of the street headed west from N. Main St. toward N. Chauncey St. Directly across the street from the Whitley County Courthouse. The MP/OWL sign faces east in a narrow alley. One side. Brown. The OWL sign had been restored.
