Photos 1-7 are views of the Mail Pouch sign, on the east end of the building, facing on N. Market St.

Photos 8-11 are views of the Melo Crown sign, on the west end of the building, facing on N. Prince St.

Joe Barnett reported in Aug. 2020 that the signs are now *GONE* and that the bulding is now an apartment building. If they are gone, then the signs must have been sand blasted off duiring he renovation into an apartment building, sometime during the Fall of 2019 or the Spring of 2020.
Where to find it

*GONE* (assumed sandblasted away) 400 block of N. Market Street in Lancaster. From the square, take Queen Street north to Lemon Street. Make a left. Go a half block and make right onto N. Market Street. Warehouse is on the left about a half block. Two ends. MP sign faced east. MC sign faced west. Three-story brick building. Red brick.
