Where to find it

Along the southeast side of Green St., in Parkersburg, between 7th St. and the RR tracks. The building is on the left side of the street headed southwest from 7th St. The Mail Pouch sign is on the southeast end of the brick building. MPS 48-54-11 was on the northeast side of the building.. Original black background. Greatly faded.
