Other Information

This is a new Mail Pouch sign find by Tim Ware, who posted it to the Mail Pouch Facebook page.

Photos 24 are a progression of Google street views. Prior to August 2018 there was a tree along N. Main which effectively blocked the view of the building side. The Mail Pouch sign (probably ca. 1950's-60's) was painted over. In Photo 3 (August 2018) the word 'CHEW' of the Mail Pouch sign is just beginning to bleed through the paint-over.

The Ohio Dept. of Transportation (ODOT) aerial views of the area around Bryan, Ohio were searched back to the 1940's; however, there were no aerial images of the building side.
Where to find it

Along N. Main St., in Bryan, north of the High St. intersection by 240'. The buidling is on the right side of N. Main St. headed north from High St. The Mail Pouch sign faces south. One side. Black background.
