Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2.

These photos are an example of Mail Pouch advertising over the years. Photo 2 (1891) being at the very earliest period of Mail Pouch advertising. It would stand to reason that long term ongoing contract would keep the very diesirable advertising space available for Mail Pouch over the years.

Note the change in the Mail Pouch signs over the years.

Note in the distance of photos 3 & 5-7 the southeast side of the Park Building is barely visible and it has a different Mail Pouch sign than shown in the photos for MPS 35-84-28. 

Photos 9 & 10 are the end of the Mail Pouch sign (toward the rear of the building) in Photos 4-8.
