This MP sign was painted on the Back Forty Restaurant, which was removed to allow for the construction of a McDonald's Restaurant.

Photos 1-3 were taken by Harley Warrick in 1966 during and after the original painting of the Mail Pouch sign in 1966.

Photo 5 was taken by Harley Warrick following a repaint of the sign in 1972.

*GONE* (razed and removed to make room for McDonald's Restaurant) Along the east side of N. 13th St. (US-27/US-33), in Decatur, north of the intersection with Nuttman Ave. (US-224) by 150'. The 1 story building was on the right side of the street headed north from Nuttman Ave. The Mail Pouch sign faced west. One side. Red background.
