Other Information

This barn originally had a Mail Pouch sign with a black background. The barn was subsequently painted over and gradually the Mail Pouch sign reappeared. In Photo 14 (Feb. 2022) the red had almost completey faded away and the sign with the original black background was very clear. The sign is now *GONE*. No descriptive category above lists the status. The old original siding with the Mail Pouch sign has been completely removed and replaced with new wood siding as per Photo 15

Where to find it

*GONE* (siding replaced) PA Rt. 208 (Fryburg Rd.) northeast of Dempseytown Rd., in Fryburg, by about 2.8 miles. The barn is on the right side of the highway headed northeast. The MP sign faced northeast. One end. Original Black.
