Other Information

The Ohio Dept. of Transportation aerial photo archives were used to locate this barn. Larry Zinn's information was in the general area which made the search of the archives easy. In Photo 5 The Mail Pouch barn is circled in yellow. The barn in Photos 1-4 perpendicular to the MP barn is circled in red and the pond (which still exists) is circled in lime. Note in Photos 1-4 Prospect Rd is visible in the distance behind the barns.

in Photo 6 (Google satellite image) the red pin is the location of the Mail Pouch barn. This pin was used to determine the address and coordinates. The pond, which remains, is circled in lime.

Photo 7 is a Vintage Aerial photo dated 1964 showing the barn and noting that the Mail Pouch sign was not painted on the south end of the barn until after 1964.
