Other Information
Photo 2 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 3.
The barn and house and site configuration are clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1961-1998). The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates of the barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 7 is the exact location where the Mail Pouch barn once stood.
Photo 6 is a view looking in from N. Main St. at the old site where the Mail Pouch barn once stood.
Where to find it *GONE* (razed and removed) Along the west side of N. Main St. (IN-1) north of the Wabash St. intersection, in Bluffton, by 2.4 miles. (The site is currently part of the Walmart Supercenter site). The barn was on the left side of N. Main St. headed north out of Bluffton. The Mail Pouch sign faced south and the sign had been covered over for many years. One side. Black background.
