Historic Aerials' imagery was used to confirm the location. Tom Plimpton's location information was "0.3 mile west of Putnam Co, line." The only barn resembling the the details in Photo 1 was located using Historic Aerials' imagery (1984) and the barn is exactly 0.3 mile west of the Putnam Co. line. The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates of the barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 3 is the location where the barn once stood. The barn has either been razed and replaced with a new barn on the same site, or, significantly modified from the configuration shown in Photo 1.
