Other Information
Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2.
The Mail Pouch barn, house and site configuration is clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1956 & 1959). Vintage Aerial historic imagery dated 1979 and Historic Aerials' imagery dated 1983 show the barn other buildings gone and the site cleared. The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal Coordinates for the center of the Mail Pouch barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 4 is the exact location where the Mail Pouch barn once stood. The pin was used to determine the address for the entry.
Photo 4 is a view looking in toward the former Mail Pouch barn location, from IN-38.
