Other Information

Photo 2 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 3.

The barn and the site configuration is clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1981). The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program. The red pin on Photo 5 is the exact location where the barn stood.

Photo 4 is a Google street view looking in at the site toward where the barn once stood. The small group of trees toward the center of the view is located on any rubble remaing from the barn.
Where to find it

*GONE* (fallen) Along the northeast side of E IN-55 east of Range St. intersection, in Newtown, by 1.7 miles. The barn was on the left side of the highway headed southeast out of Newtown. The Mail Pouch sign faced west. One end. Black background.
