Note in Photo 1 that the background color at the top of the Chatanooga Tobacco sign has been changed from Yellow (shown during the original painting) to black.
Photo 11 taken by Myron Huffman, in 1973, shows that there was a different Mail Pouch Ad on the billboard before Harley repainted it sometime in the 1980's.
Where to find it *GONE* (The building remains; however, the sign has been removed) Helme Tobacco Co. office building (Home of Mail Pouch Tobacco), at the southeast corner of 39th St. & Water St, in Wheeling. The sign was on the north end of the building, facing 39th St.
