Market St. W (Buck Island Rd.) between N. Marion St. & the RR tracks, in Athens. The two-story brick building is on the left side of the street headed east from N. Marion St. toward the RR tracks. The OWL sign faces east. One side. Two-story brick building Brown/Yellow. Greatly faded.
