Historic Aerials' imagery (1955, 1958 & 1960) clearly shows that County Route 950 E is the original route of IN-162. The next date in the Historic imagery is dated 1986 and that date shows that IN-162 had been rerouted to the west of the orginal route and the old route redesignated CR-950 E.
Where to find it

*GONE* (covered over) Along the west side of CR-950 E north of the intersection with IN-62 by 0.4 mile. The barn is on the left side of CR-950 E headed north from IN-62. The Mail Pouch sign faced south. One side. Black background.
