In Photo 1 note the very end of the 'Bull Durham' sign directly to the left of the Mail Pouch sign.

These signs were on the south side of the D. Abromson Building. There was also a Mail Pouch sign on the north side of the building. See entry MPS 14-38-07.
Where to find it

*GONE (razed and removed)* Northwest corner of US-27/IN-26 (N Meridian St) & W. Race St, in Portland. The Mail Pouch and Bull Durham signs are on the south wall. Original black back ground. The building shares two Mail Pouch signs, one on the south wall and one on the north wall. See MPS 14-38-07.
