Other Information

Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2.

The buildings and site configuration shown in Photo 2 is clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1973). The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 9 is the exact location where the Mail Pouch barn stood.

Photo 9 the red pin is the location of where the Mail Pouch barn was located. The pin was used to determine the address.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the south side of National Hwy  (US-50) west of the US-231 intersection, in Loogootee, by 3.7 miles. The barn was on the left side of the higway headed west from Loogootee. The Mail Pouch sign faced east. One side. Black background.
