Where to find it On Dresden Ave. at the intersection with W. 7th St. in East Liverpool. The building is on the left side of Dresden Ave. headed south, just past the W. 7th St. intersection. The MP sign faces north. One side. Brick building. Multi-colors due to many signs. Greatly faded.
