Other Information

The water tower is 0.2 miles north of the Cherry Grove named "Natures Gift Cherries". Note the sign in Photo 5.

The water tower is visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1980). The distance measurement tool was used to determine the decimal coordinates of the water tower. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 8 is where the water tower once stood. Note in the Google street view (Photo 7) that the water tower has been replaced with a newer well pump sistem.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) The water tower was  located along the west side of US 101 (S VLY FWY) south of the CA 152 intersection, in Gilroy, by 1.9 miles. The water tower was on the right side of US 101 headed south out of Gilroy. The Mail Pouch sign faced east. Black background.
