Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2.
The barn and house and the site configuration are clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1955-1960). The next image available (1983) shows that the barn was gone by that date. The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the barn.The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 4 is the location were the barn once stood.
Photo 3 is a view from Old IN-56 looking in toward where the barn once stood.
Where to find it *GONE* (razed and removed) Along the north side of Old I-56 southwest of the intersection with IN-56 by 2.3 miles. The barn was on the right side of old IN-56 headed west. The Mail Pouch sign faced east. One end. Black background.
