This building was razed in Dec. 2017.

Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2. The caption provided with Photo 2 reads: "Looking nortwest toward the Parkersburg power plant on third and Avery in the 1940s. It was later torn down and is now a city parking lot. Beyond is the Kaufman Lattimer Co., which is now a boarded-up building behind the Blennerhassett Hotel.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the northwest side of Avery St., southwest of the 4th St. intersection, in Parkersburg, by 120'. The brick building was on the right side of the street headed southwest from 4th St. The Mail Pouch sign faced southwest. 3-story brick building. MPS 48-54-09 was on the northeast side of the building. Original Black background.
