Other Information

Photo 3 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 4.

The site as shown in Photo 4 is clearly visible in Historic Aerils' imagery (1986). The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the Mail Pouch barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 6 is the exact location where the Mail Pouch barn once stood.

Photo 5 is a view from WV-16 looking in at the site where the Mail Pouch barn once stood.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the east side of Smithville Rd (WV-16) south of S. Spring St. intersection, in Harrisville, by 4.2 miles. The barn was on the left side of WV-16 headed south from Harrisville. The Mail Pouch end faced north. The Mail Pouch side faced west. Black backgrounds.
