Other Information
Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2.
The Ohio Dept. of Transportation aerial photo archives were used to locate this barn. The only views of the site were on 1972 rolls and the barn and the house in the photo had been razed and removed by then. The existing driveway back to the house is still visible and it is verly clear where the location of the house and the barn were situated on the site. In addition the shrub line between the barn and the house and continuing on the other side of the highway is visible and it still remains to this day. In Photo 3, the location of the Mail Pouch barn is circled in yellow, and the location of where the house was located is circled in red. In Photo 4 (Google satellite image, the location of the Mail Pouch barn is note by the red pin. This pin was used to determine the address and the coordinates.
