Located on a building at the corner of IL Rt. 53 (W. Baltimore St.) and IL Rt. 102 (S. Water St.) in Wilmington. While traveling west on IL Rt. 53, the building with the sign is on left side of street while crossing IL Rt. 102. Sign faces north. One side. Brick building. Brown. Greatly faded.
