Photo 1 is noted as being a view down Main St. The other views note the views as being along Broad St. Examining historic maps, back into the 1800's there never was a 'Main St' shown. The primary street through the business section has always been Broad St.
Two of the Photos note that the views are looking east on Broad St.
Due to the significant changes along Broad St. over the years, an exact location for the building with the Mail Pouch sign was not determined. The address below is 'General' and the coordinates will take the viewer to approximately the center of Broad St. in Elyria. This is provided in the event that someone may want to try to research the exact location.
