Other Information
Photo 2 is an aerial photo from the Ohio Dept. of Transportation. It is a close up image of the southwest side of the building and although not perfectly clear, the Mail Pouch sign is visible. /div>

Remains of a much older and larger Mail Pouch sign clearly visible in Photo 1. In Photo 2 the Mail Pouch sign seems dark and fresh while the white of the building seems fresh as well. It may be that the old, large Mail Pouch sign bleeding through in Photo 1 may have been a 1950's Mail Pouch sign which was painted over with the newer smaller sign. The 1940's and 1950's ODOT aerial photos in the area were checked; however, the only views of the building did not show the southwest side.
Where to find it

Corner of Main St. & Walnut St. in New Hope. East of US Rt. 68. Mail Pouch sign on the southwest side of the building facing Walnut St. Original black background.
