Along the south side of Main St. (Court St./US-11), in Binghamton, east of Front St. by 100'. The four-story brick building is on the right side of the highway headed east. The MP sign faces west, is greatly faded and very difficult to see because of adjoining structure. One side. Four-story brick building. Original Black. Greatly faded.
