US Rt. 169/MN Rt. 22 (S. Minnesota Ave.) between W. Park Row St. & W. Nassau St., in St. Peter. The three story brick building is on the right side of the avenue headed southwest from W. Park Row St. toward W. Nassau St. The MP sign faces northeast. One side. Three-story brick building. Brown. Greatly faded.
