Other Information

Photo 6 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 7.

The entire site was cleared along with addtional adjoining properties to make way for the North Bend Lake project. The site as shown in Photo 7 is clearly visible in Historic Aerials' imagery (1986). The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the center of the Mail Pouch barn. The coordinates were input to the Google map program and the red pin on Photo 9 is the exact location where the Mail Pouch barn once stood. The pin was used to detemine the address.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the west side of Ellenboro Rd (WV-16) south of the US-50 intersection by 2.7 miles. The barn was on the right side of WV-16 headed headed south from US-50. The Mail Pouch sign faced north. One side. Red background.
