The Historic Aerials' imagery (1950's-1970's) was used to positively locate this barn. The distance measurement tool was used and the decimal coordinates for the center of the barn were obtained. These coordinates were input to the Google map program and in Photo 3 the red pin is the exact location where the barn was once located. This pin was used to determine the address.

Photo 2 (Google street view - Aug. 2008) is looking straight at where the barn was once located. Note in the view, at the left, the 'Riverstone Manor' which is clearly visible in Photo 1.

Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Corner of Main St. & S. Canal St., in Walnutport. The barn was on the south side of Main St. across from the Anchor Hotel. The MP sign faced west. One end. Black background.
