Other Information

As noted in Photo 1 the Mail Pocuh sign had already almost completely faded away by 1975. Only the 'TREAT YOURSELF TO THE BEST' toward the bottom of where the sign would have been, is barely visible.

The Ohio Dept. of Transportation aerial photos were studied to determine the location of where the barn is located. In Photo 3 (ODOT image) the barn is circled in 'Yellow'

As noted in Photo 4 (2016 Google street view) the barn remains standing. There is a shed addition now attached to the west end of the barn which would cover any remaining traces of the MP sign.

The previous entry using this ID number is going to be transferred to the section 'Mail Pouch in Other Places'
Where to find it

*GONE* (faded away and covered up). OH Rt. 28 east of the OH Rt. 138 intersection (just east of Greenfield) by 7.1 miles. The barn is on the right side of the highway headed east. The Mail Pouch sign faced west. One end. Original black background.
