Since the rerouting of the intersection, the barn is not as visible as it had been before the new construction . Photos 30-32(Bing Map's bird's eye views - ca. 2010) are provided to show the rerouting of the highway.

Chad Wilkins reported, in August 2017, that this barn has been torn down.

The Mail Pouch sign was recovered and has been used as the side to a new small barn west of Grandville. This has been given a separate ID number to prevent confusion and is MPB 35-45-17.
