Other Information

By the date of Dennis Madia's photo, in 2014, the uncovered portion of the Mail Pouch sign was almost faded away. It may be that the portion of the sign that is covered still remains. Photo 7 is an Oct. 2021 view and the upper portion of the sign is not even faintly visible. In addition, from all views of the barn and the accompanying house it appears that this property (at least in Oct. 2021) has been abandonded. The Photo 7 view of the sign end of the barn shows heavy overgrowth of trees and foliage.
Where to find it

*GONE* Along the south side of US-50 east of the intersection with US-69, in Fayetteville by9.3 miles. The barn is on the right side of the highway headed east. The MP sign faced east. One end. Red Background.
