Other Information

Photo 1 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 2; and, Photo 3 is an enlarged inset view from Photo 4.

The Ohio Dept. of Transportation aerial photo archives were used to determine the location of this barn. In Photo 5 the barn is circled in yellow and the house, which still remains is circled in red. This coordinates with Photo 6 (Google satellite image) where the barn location is identified by the red pin and the existing house is circled in red. The red pin was used to determine the address and the coordinates.

Note in photos 3 & 4 that the Mail Pouch sign was greatly fading by 1983.
Where to find it

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the south side of US-20 east of the intersection with Fayette St., in Fayette, by 2.4 miles. The barn was on the right side of the highway headed east from Fayette. The Mail Pouch sign faced west. One end. Black Background.
