Other Information

The barn was first visible in historic imagery in 1955. At that time and through ensuing years the barn (and the Mail Pouch sign once it was painted onto the west end of the barn) would have been clearly visible from IN-350. Over the years as the foilage and tree density increased the visiblilty of the barn became almost non-existant. Available dated imagery shows that the barn was existing in 2014 and, if it had fallen, as reported, the historic view dated 2016 shows that the site had been cleared of any barn debris.
Where to find it

*GONE* (fallen and removed) Along the south side of IN-350 west of IN-129 by 0.3 mile. The barn was on the left side of the highway headed west. The Mail Pouch sign faced west. One end. Black background.
