Photo 21 (ca. 1920 - 29), note the Bull Durham sign through the rear window of the automobile on the left.

It was reported that the original Bull Durham sign was painted between 1910 & 1920. It was restored in the mid 1980's.
Where to find it

112 W. Railroad Ave. just east of the intersection with Oakes Ave., in Cle Elum. The two-story masonry building, known as 'The Bull Durham Building' is on the left side of W. Railroad Ave. headed east. The BD sign faces east. One side. Two-story masonry building. Black. Restored sign.
