*Reassigned as MPS 09-59-01 as it had been incorrectly noted as MPS 09-58-01 initially* Sanford - Sanford Boat Works and Marina, just off State Road just off of FL Rt. 415. From I-4, take US Rt. 92/US Rt. 17/FL Rt. 600 east about 3.0 miles. At that point the route turns directly south. Travel south about 1.0 mile to FL Rt. 415 (Celery Ave.) Make left onto FL Rt. 415 and head east for about 3.5 miles to Chickasaw Dr. Turn left onto Chickasaw and travel about 400 ft. to a parking lot entrance on the right. Directly ahead is a walkway along the water. Standing on the walkway and looking to the east is the boat house. The MP sign faces away from land and it must be viewed from the dock looking back toward land. One end. Black.
