Where to find it

PA Rt. 108 (N. Croton Ave.) northeast of PA Rt. 168 (Eastbrook Rd.) intersection, in New Castle, by about 0.2 mile. Almost directly across from the Hawthorn St. intersection. The two-story brick building is on the left side of the avenue headed northeast. The MP sign faces northeast. One side. Two-story brick building. Red brick. Greatly faded and looks to have been painted over at some point.
