Photo 2 is a picture taken in 1981 showing Harley Warrick standing in front of the MPS 48-01-06 sign after completing the repaint.  

Location provided by Roger Warrick. Photo 4 (Google Earth street view) shows building modified with second floor removed and the building re-roofed.

Roger Warrick reported that he personally helped his father with the 1981 re-paint.

*GONE* (razed and removed) Along the southeast side of US-250 (Beach Ave.). (Southeast corner of Row Ave. & Jackson Weaver Rd.) US. In Belington. The building was on the right side of the highway headed northeast on Beach Ave. (US-250). The Mail Pouch sign faced northeast. One side. Black background.
