Ohio Dept of Transportaion aerial photo archives were referenced. There were very few photos available; however, in Aug. 1952 one view revealed that there was no Mail Pouch sign on the west side of the barn. In a grainy view of the east side of the barn the Mail Pouch sign in visible on that side of the barn

Photo 4 (Google satellite image) the red pin is the location of the Mail Pouch barn. The pin was used to determine the address and verify the coordinates.
Where to find it

*GONE* (fallen and removed) Along the south side of Beaver Pike (CR-57) west of OH-335 intersection, in Beaver, by 1.2 mile. The barn was on the left side of the Pike headed west from Beaver. The Mail Pouch sign faced east. One side. One side. Black Background.
