Other Information

There is also a faded Gold Medal Flour sign in the view.  The MP sign was painted by the Thomas Cusack Sign Co. of Chicago.  At one time the building housed a business that sold paint, oil and turpentine. Photo 4 is a view of the front of the building.

Where to find it

This MP sign is on a building at the corner of W. Depot St. & N. Coal St. (Co. Hwy. 8), in Colchester. From US Rt. 136 (North St.), turn south onto Coal St. (Co. Hwy. 8). The building is on the right side of the street headed south, at the intersection with W. Depot St. The MP sign faces southwest. One side. Brown. Greatly faded.
