The exact location of the building was determined using the features of the building just down the street from the Mail Pouch Building (Photo 4) and location the same building on Google street view. See Photo 5 and the pitched roof above the columns

*GONE (razed and removed)* The building was located on High St. north of E. Rich St. by about 250' on the left side of the street headed north. The MP signs faced south. One side. Brick building. Brown.
